The NTeALan Association, declared under the number 267/2019/RDA/C19/SAAJP, is an organization open to Digital. We thus allow those who want to become a member of this Association to be able to subscribe their membership remotely. No more constraints of physical presence or physical payment.

CONTRACT OF CONTRIBUTOR MEMBER
This form, completed and signed, commits you as a member of the NTeALan association. Its aim is the promotion and enhancement of African languages and cultures using the current tools of artificial intelligence.
Article 1: Main elements of engagement
By initialing and signing this contract :
- 2.a. You accept the status of contributing member within the NTeALan association ;

- 2.b. You are aware that this project is not for profit and cannot be subject to any monthly, quarterly or annual remuneration ;

- 2.c. You agree to contribute to the extent of your skills and abilities to the project activities even if you do not have a specific position in the office.
- 2.d. You are required to make your annual financial contribution as determined by the Board of Directors ;
- 2.e. In addition to agreeing to share the principles and values of this project, you will participate in its valorization and its emergence on all levels wherever you are,
Article 2: Fee payable
- 3.a. Contributing members are those who have made a commitment to contribute to this social and cultural project.
3.b. As a contributing member, you are required to make an annual contribution of 50,000 FCFA.
3.c. These payments will be made at a time that suits you and within five months of the signing of the contract.
Article 3: Equipment and missions
By initialing and signing this contract :
- 4.a. You access the hardware tools (computers, software, USB keys, books, etc.) that will be given to you for the missions associated with you.
- 4.b. You undertake to maintain as cleanly as possible, while ensuring their safety, all the material tools handed over for your missions.
- 4.c. You undertake to return all material tools received in the context of your missions in the event of resignation or conventional breach of contract.
- 4.d. You commit yourself to collaborate, exchange, communicate with all your colleagues on the themes of this project. Your spirit of openness, simplicity and humanity must be your credo.
- 4.e. You undertake to communicate your work and achievements in possible conferences or spaces promoting our themes.
Article 4: Confidentiality
By initialing and signing this contract :
- 5.a. You agree not to disclose any information about the Project files entrusted to you to third parties during the entire duration of this contract and even after the end of the contract.
- 5.b. You agree to protect the information (related to the internal missions in progress in the project) contained in the material tools provided by the project.
- 5.c. You commit to deposit/publicize all your weekly activities on the one hand in the platforms dedicated to this purpose and on the other hand to the project manager and/or team leaders.

HONOR MEMBER CONTRACT
This form, completed and signed, commits you as an honorary member of the NTeALan association. Its aim is the promotion and enhancement of African languages and cultures using the current tools of artificial intelligence.
Honorary members are those to whom the statutes grant a statutory distinction because of the important services they have rendered. This distinction is honorary in nature.
Article 1: Main elements of commitment
By initialing and signing this contract :
- 2.a. The Association awards the title of “Honorary Member” to personalities of a certain prestige or unquestionable notoriety; this appointment is the result of a decision of the Board of Directors ;
- 2.b. This special status grants you a distinction for important services rendered, which exempts you from having to pay a membership fee ;
- 2.c. As an expert or resource person on whom the association counts on to carry out its project, you agree to provide considerable support, but above all to make your know-how and expertise available ;
- 2.d. In certain circumstances, you can, if you wish, attend the meetings of the general assembly and give your opinion on the strategic choices of the association or the orientations of the project ;
- 2.e. The status of “Honorary Member” does not confer an active role; the cumulation of this honorary title and the title of active member is excluded.
Article 2: Membership fee payable
- 3.a. Honorary members are those who have made a commitment to contribute to this social and cultural project.
- 3.b. The honorary member pays an entrance fee of 100.000 FCFA and an optional annual contribution of 150.000 FCFA fixed each year by the general assembly, payable according to the deadlines that suit you.
- 3.c. These contributions do not exempt it from supporting the association’s projects throughout the year according to the emergencies and problems observed.

This form, completed and signed, commits you as a member of the NTeALan association. Its aim is the promotion and enhancement of African languages and cultures using the current tools of artificial intelligence.
Article 1: Main elements of commitment

- 2.a. You accept the status of contributing member living abroad within the NTeALan project ;
- 2.b. You are aware that this project is not for profit and cannot be subject to any monthly, quarterly or annual remuneration ;
- 2.c. You agree to contribute to the extent of your skills and abilities to the project activities, without any obligation ;
- 2.d. If you do not carry out any activity, you will make your annual financial contribution as determined by the Board of Directors ;
- 2.e. In addition to agreeing to share the principles and values of this project, you will participate in its valorization and its emergence on all levels wherever you are,
Article 2: Fee payable
- 3.a. Active members of the diaspora are those who have made a commitment to contribute to this social and cultural project.
- 3.b. If you are a member of the NTeALan association living abroad, you are required to pay an annual contribution of 100,000 FCFA, i.e. 150 euros or 182 US dollars.
- 3.c. These payments will be made at a time that suits you and within five months of the signing of the contract.
- 3.d. You are free to change this financial contribution into a material contribution that meets the needs of the Association’s projects

- 2.a. You hereby accept the status of a sympathetic member of the NTeALan association ;
- 2.b. You are aware that this project is not for profit and cannot be subject to any monthly, quarterly or annual remuneration ;
- 2.c. You are under no obligation to participate in project activities or to perform any tasks ;
- 2.d. In addition to agreeing to share the principles and values carried in this project, you will participate in its valorization and its emergence on all levels ;

- 2.f. You become a sympathetic member of the NTeALan association and your status may change as you distinguish yourself through effective actions for the sustainability of the project.

- 3.b. As a sympathising member, you pay an annual contribution of 10.000 FCFA.
- 3.c. These payments will be made at a time that suits you and within five months of the signing of the contract.

- 4.a. You have access (if you consent to conduct an activity) to the hardware tools (computers, software, USB keys, books, etc.) that will be given to you for the missions associated with you.
